I-695 Baltimore County Crash

A deadly crash closed the outer loop of I-695 early Monday, April 8, Baltimore County police said.

The crash happened sometime around 4:30 a.m., closing Exit 18 to I-795.

According to county police, members of the Independent Investigations Division of the Office of the Attorney General will be investigating "due to the circumstances surrounding this incident."
